We had the Mission President, his wife, another senior couple and some younger missionaries over for dinner in our small apartment a few weeks ago. We were filled to capacity for sure, but everyone had a good time.
One of the other senior couples invited us to their ward's annual "corn bust" last week.
We enjoyed meeting some of their friends and eating the delicious corn on the cob, hot dogs, salads, and deserts.
Some of the younger missionaries who serve in that ward were there also.
Isn't it nice there are a variety of activities that give the missionaries some different opportunities! Love it!
